Land gives you the most control over what you build, where, and when. St. Lucia offers residential lots in established neighbourhoods, hillside plots with sea views, and larger parcels suited to villas, small resorts or commercial use.
Many buyers focus on the north around Cap Estate, Rodney Bay and Cas en Bas, close to beaches, marinas, golf and services. Soufrière offers dramatic Piton and harbour views, while Vieux Fort in the south sits next to Hewanorra International Airport.
Non-citizens need an Alien Landholding Licence (ALHL) to own land in St. Lucia. The application goes through the Department of Lands and Survey, is reviewed by the Attorney General’s office and is approved by the Office of the Prime Minister, so allow time for it in your plans.
